By accessing and using Techpal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Techpal, a remote-based company, provides software development services, technical consulting, and related support platforms to our clients. You agree to use these services, platforms, and provided software only for lawful purposes, within the scope of your contract, and in accordance with these Terms.

• • You must not use the service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• • You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code through our platform or use our infrastructure for harmful activities.
• • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, our systems, or client data.

All custom software, source code, designs, technical specifications, and consulting materials developed and delivered by Techpal are governed by the terms of your client service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, Techpal retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, tools, and general knowledge.

When Techpal delivers a final product or service, the Client is granted the license or assignment of copyright to the custom deliverables as defined in the contract. Any pre-existing Techpal intellectual property (IP) used in the solution remains the property of Techpal. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Techpal's proprietary IP is strictly prohibited.

If you create an account on our platform (such as a client portal or support system), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep this information current.
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of our services.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

All prices are displayed in pkr and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway before access to digital downloads is granted.

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
